Wind down and transition into your evening after the work day. 60 minutes of slow vinyasa flow for you to connect with your body and calm the mind. We will engage in deeply nourishing movement to support us on a physical, mental, and emotional level. Connect from the comfort and ease of your own space, via Zoom.
